Jyotsana Uttam is the founder member of Autism Intervention and Learning Centre for Learning Difficulties. The Learning Centre works towards providing therapy to the children with autism and other learning difficulties and at the same time empowering the parent and teachers through home programmes, school support and workshops.
She worked with mainstream education for 6 to 7 years, with the active involvement in assistive learning programmes in the mainstream. Jyotsana Uttam then trained herself in teaching methods of Autism by completing her DSE (ASD) from National Institute For Autism and subsequently qualifying as BCaBA through Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
